We would recommend you add noreply@ticketmaster.co.uk and arsenal@information.arsenal.co.uk to your safe senders list/address book as your email account may be blocking the emails from us.
You can also log into your online account to check your booking history and in this area it will display your seat details for the game and you will have the option to resend the confirmation email.
