You won’t be able to add your digital pass to Google Wallet if your email address on your Google Wallet account doesn't match your email address linked to your Arsenal membership. To ensure the pass links correctly, make sure you're using the same account/email address for both
If you see the screen below (Image 1) after adding your digital ticket, it usually means the email you're signed into Google Wallet with doesn't match the one linked to your membership.
To check which email you're using (Image 1), tap the circle icon in the corner of the screen. If it's not the correct email, switch accounts (Image 2), then go back to the Ticket Hub and download your ticket again.
If the email linked to your membership isn’t showing in Google Wallet, you’ll need to create a Google account using that email address.
Click “Create account”
Select “For my personal use”
Then click “Use my existing email address” and enter the email that matches your membership
Next, you will be asked to fill out the form with your details, verify your email, and create a password.
Once that’s done, add this account to Google Wallet. It’s a good idea to set it as your default account.
Now you can go back into the Ticket Hub to download your ticket(s).
if you are receiving the below message, then this means that the pass is stored on the wrong login and you will need to contact us here for assistance
