The account currently logged in does not have access to the Season Plan. Please ensure the user is signed in with the correct email address associated with their seasonal product. If the issue persists, please contact us for further assistance.
Error 2Some tickets in your basket have not been assigned to unique membership numbers. To proceed, each ticket must be allocated to a different membership number, no member may be assigned more than one seat. Please use the 'Reassign' button to select a supporter from your network.
Error 3
The selected price categories do not correspond with the dates of birth associated with the assigned accounts. Supporters are only eligible to purchase the price category that matches their age.
E.g. If you are selecting a junior product the supporter assigned must be under 18 years old.
Error 4
Disability Supporters may only complete checkout with a Personal Assistant if a Disability Access ticket is included in the basket. Personal Assistants cannot be purchased or checked out separately.
Additionally, membership types must correspond accordingly. For example, if selecting a Disability Access Six Game Bundle, the accompanying Personal Assistant must also be a Six Game Bundle. It is not possible to combine a Season Ticket Personal Assistant with a Six Game Bundle Disability product.
Error 5
If is not possible to leave a single empty seat when choosing a seat on the map.
