Following the introduction of Single Sign-On (SSO), we’ve updated how Memberships are structured across Arsenal Men’s and Arsenal Women’s fixtures.
Each Membership number can now hold only one type of Membership. So, if you have both a Men’s Membership (such as Red, Silver, Gold or Junior Gunners) and a Women’s Membership (such as a Season Ticket or Home Advantage Pack), you will now have separate Membership numbers for each.
This change allows us to improve how Memberships work going forward and helps ensure better functionality across both systems.
You’ll still log in with the same email and password, and both Membership numbers will appear under your account profile. Because of SSO, they’re now linked to your email login, and you’ll have full visibility and control of both.
You can continue managing each Membership as normal, including through your Network settings if you have access or control of another account.
