If you are receiving the following error message when logging into your account, this is likely to be because you have an incomplete name field, e.g. ‘Mr J Smith’. 


The First Name field cannot be a single letter, and you cannot use  characters or symbols that are not - ’ ' or whitespace.


  • Characters not allowed: Punctuation marks 
    • Period (.)
    • Comma (,)
    • Exclamation mark (!)
    • Question mark (?)
    • Colon (:)
    • Semicolon (;)
    • Parentheses (())
    • Quotation marks ("), etc.
    • Special characters like:
      • @, #, $, %, &, etc.
  • The following combinations are not allowed:
    • Two consecutive hyphens (--)
    • Two consecutive right single quotes (’’)
    • Two consecutive single quotes ('')
    • Two consecutive whitespace characters (e.g., spaces or tabs)
    • A combination of any two of these characters together (e.g., -', ’-, ' ', etc.)


To fix this issue, please submit an enquiry form here providing your full name (forename and surname) and title (e.g. Mr, Mrs, Miss, etc.) with the subject 'Incomplete Name'.
