Single Sign On requires each person to have their email address as their unique identifier across all our platform and services.
For any adult memberships or accounts that have your email address on them, the first time you logged in you will have had the opportunity to 'Confirm' they are yours, or 'Update' details to the person that owns or uses them.
If you 'confirmed' an adult account is yours, the details updated to your own. Therefore, if any of the accounts are owned or used by another person they must have their own email address to keep their unique account details.
If you have already been through the Single Sign On process and confirmed some accounts in error, you can complete the form to request we revert the details back to the person that owns or uses that account.
Please click here to fill out a form and once submitted then we will then send you an email with further information.
