If you hold a Junior, Cannon, Young adult or Senior season ticket and you would like to transfer your ticket for a particular fixture to an adult supporter, please call us on 0207 619 5000 and a member of our team will be happy to assist you. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday 9.30am-5pm.
Please note you will be asked to pay an upgrade fee in order to transfer your ticket to an adult for the game.
For a fixture that takes place on a weekend, the deadline to call us to transfer your ticket will be 5pm on the Thursday prior to the game.
For a fixture that takes place during the week, the deadline to call us to transfer your ticket will be 12pm on the day of the game.
Please be advised as a concession season ticket holder, you can only transfer your season ticket 3 times per season.
