Season Ticket Holders and Home Advantage Pack members, will have the ability to sell tickets on the club’s Ticket Exchange. This service offers Members further flexibility should they not be able to attend a game and provides a secure and convenient platform to resell further tickets to fellow Arsenal supporters.
Season Ticket Holders and Home Advantage Pack members who are unable to attend a game at the Emirates can make their ticket available on the Ticket Exchange once the lower tier is sold out and the fixture has been confirmed by broadcast (subject to restrictions).
Ticket Exchange will be open until one week before the game, and once ticket exchange has shut, all Season Ticket Holders and Home Advantage Pack members who have not sold their ticket on the exchange will be sent a PDF ticket.
When a supporter's ticket sells on the exchange they will receive an email informing them and the credit for the ticket sales will appear in the Member’s Cashback account, and funds can be withdrawn throughout the season using the Cashback service during the monthly windows.
