Tickets for each game will be issued as PDF tickets from [email protected]. These tickets can be scanned on a smartphone or printed. They will be emailed to purchasers in the week prior to matchday. If these are not received by the Thursday before the game, please get in touch through our Help Centre, and we will be able to assist.


Arsenal Women Season Ticket holders and Home Advantage Pack holders will receive their tickets after the Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer services close in the week before the match.


Please ensure that the email address on your account is correct to ensure that you receive your tickets. You can check the email address that is on your account by logging into your Online Box Office account, clicking the head and shoulders icon, clicking ‘Account Menu’ > ‘Account Management’ > ‘My Details’.
