As per the Arsenal Membership Terms and Conditions 2025-26, you have the right to cancel the renewal of your Membership within 14 days of payment being taken by the Club for each subsequent renewal of your Membership, provided that you have not used your Membership to purchase any tickets within that 14-day period. As you have gone past the 14 day period, no refund will be issued.

To cancel your membership within the 14 days please follow the steps below.

Please log into your Online Box Office account here.


Once logged in, please click on the head and shoulder icon in the top right hand corner of the page.





Click on My Account





Click on Membership and billing



Once you have cancelled your membership , please allow 5-7 days for the funds to land back to you.
