Q. I am a disabled supporter. Is there a separate season ticket waiting list for disabled members?
A. Yes, supporters with a disability can purchase a position on the Disability Access Waiting List here.
Once you are offered a Season Ticket, you will be asked to provide documentation to support your application for a concessionary Season Ticket.
This enables us to check if your disability access requirements have changed and to plan effectively how best to meet your access requirements.
If you are unable to provide this supporting documentation, you will not qualify for a Disability Access Season Ticket and will be placed on the general Season Ticket Waiting List.
Q. I purchased a waiting list position(s) however my circumstances have changed and I now require an accessible seat in the stadium. How can I join the waiting list for a wheelchair position or VI / Ambulant seating?
A. Please contact the Disability Liaison Team by submitting an enquiry here or by calling +44 (0) 207 619 5000 (option 2). Our telephone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 5pm.
Q. Are waiting list positions transferable to friends or family members?
A. Yes, if you do not wish to take up the offer, you are able to give permission to a friend or relative to purchase instead. If you are on the Disability Access Waiting List, the recipient of the transfer must meet the access requirements.
