Please note once your My Arsenal Rewards membership card has printed you will then receive access to the My Arsenal Rewards Hub.
Please follow the below steps to login to the My Arsenal Rewards hub:

To log in on arsenal.com
- Visit arsenal.com
- Click on the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the navigation bar at the top of the screen
- Enter your membership number and password and then click ‘Log In’
- The person icon in the top right-hand corner of the navigation bar will then change to display your name and My Arsenal Rewards points balance. Click on this to view your My Arsenal Rewards passport
- Your My Arsenal Rewards passport will be displayed showing your membership number, membership type, your My Arsenal Rewards points balance and the number of days until your My Arsenal Rewards points expire. To visit the My Arsenal Rewards hub, click ‘My Arsenal Rewards account’
- You will now be logged in to the My Arsenal Rewards hub!
To log in on the Arsenal Official app
- Download the latest version of the Arsenal Official app via the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android)
- Visit the Arsenal Official app
- Click on the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the navigation bar
- Enter your membership number and password and then click ‘Log In’
- The person icon in the top right-hand corner of the navigation bar will then change to display your name and My Arsenal Rewards points balance. Click on this to view your My Arsenal Rewards passport
- Your My Arsenal Rewards passport will be displayed showing your membership number, membership type, your My Arsenal Rewards points balance and the number of days until your My Arsenal Rewards points expire. To visit the My Arsenal Rewards hub, click ‘My Arsenal Rewards account’
- You will now be logged in to the My Arsenal Rewards hub!
