These terms and conditions (“Promotional Terms and Conditions”) apply to the Zilch Cardholder Discount (“Promotion”) where customers will receive 10% discount (the “Discount”) on each qualifying transaction that is paid for using a Zilch card for purchases of goods from Arsenal’s official UK online store, Arsenal Direct (https://arsenaldirect.arsenal.com/) (“Arsenal Direct”) and/or in Arsenal’s The Armoury retail store (the “Armoury”). The Promotional Terms and Conditions are intended to be read in conjunction with our standard Retail Terms and Conditions and Arsenal Direct Terms and Conditions of Sale (https://arsenaldirect.arsenal.com/termsAndConditions). If there is any conflict, these Promotion Terms and Conditions take precedence in relation to this Promotion only.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion is available from 28 January 2026 (“Start Date”) and will continue until we decide to withdraw or amend it. We may withdraw or change the Promotion at any time. Changes will not affect Discounts already applied at the point of purchase. If the Promotion is withdrawn, notice will be provided in-store at the Armoury and/or on Arsenal Direct.
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is available only to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of making qualified purchases in the Armoury and/or on Arsenal Direct. To be eligible to receive the Discount on each transaction for the purchase of goods from the Armoury and/or Arsenal Direct, payment for such goods must be made in full using a valid, active Zilch card (“Eligible Card”). The cardholder name must match the name of the individual making the purchase and (i) in respect of Arsenal Direct, the Discount will automatically be applied when you enter your Eligible Card details at checkout; and (ii) in respect of the Armoury, will be applied at checkout when paying with an Eligible Card.
DISCOUNT: The Discount will be applied to the total purchase price of qualifying products when an Eligible Card is used at checkout. The Discount applies to all purchases at The Armoury and on Arsenal Direct with the exception of purchases of gift cards, and the Discount: (i) cannot be applied retrospectively; and (ii) has no cash value and is non-transferable. The Discount may be combined with: (i) active Arsenal members existing 10% retail discount; and (ii) other promotions, price reductions, gift cards or vouchers.
EXCLUSIONS: The following are excluded from the Promotion: (i) purchases on any non‑UK website or international URL; (ii) purchases of gift cards or e‑gift cards; (iii) delivery or service charges; (iv) specific products listed as excluded on Arsenal Direct or in The Armoury; and (v) payments made using digital wallets that prevent verification of use of an Eligible Card.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS: Refunds will follow our standard returns policy and refunds for purchases made using the Discount will reflect the price actually paid. Replacement or exchange items will only receive the Discount if they independently qualify under these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
LIABILITY:
Except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of Arsenal, to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Arsenal nor any of its officers, employees or agents shall be responsible for (whether in tort, contract or otherwise):
(a) any loss, damage or injury to you and/or any third party or to any property belonging to you or any third party in connection with the Promotion, resulting from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to: (i) technical failures; (ii) website outages; (iii) delayed Discount application; or (iv) any fulfilment of orders; or
(b) any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic or consequential losses whatsoever and howsoever caused.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: Please note that these Promotion Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. This means that your entry into the Promotion and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and Arsenal both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any such dispute or claim.
SPIRIT OF THE PROMOTION: If you attempt to compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion by cheating or committing fraud in any way, Arsenal reserves the right to render the Discount invalid, seek damages from you and ban you from participating in any of their future promotions run by the Arsenal. We may refuse to apply the Discount if we reasonably suspect misuse, ineligible payment methods, or fraudulent activity. Proof of identity or card ownership may be requested.
