Zilch x Arsenal Direct – “Dropping £50,000 for Arsenal fans”
These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which you can participate in the Zilch launch discount promotion on Arsenal Direct, brought to you by Zilch Technology Limited (“Zilch”). Arsenal fans can receive a £50 discount on Arsenal Direct through Zilch’s promotion code. By taking part in the Promotion, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not take part in the Promotion.
1. Promoter
The promoter and sponsor of this promotion is Zilch Technology Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (the “Promoter”).
2. Promotion Name
“Dropping £50,000 for Arsenal fans” (the “Promotion”).
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion opens at 12:00pm (UK time) on 21 November 2025 as communicated by the Promoter through social media, OOH advertising, digital advertising and media coverage, and will run until the earlier of: (a) all 1,000 (one thousand) available promotional redemptions have been claimed; or (b) the Promoter decides to end the Promotion early in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “Closing Date”).
4. Eligibility and How to Participate
4.1. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, an Arsenal Direct customer must be purchasing items from Arsenal Direct totalling at least £50 (fifty pounds sterling). Employees of the Promoter or Arsenal or members of their immediate families are not eligible for the Promotion. Promotion code not to be used in conjunction with any other discount voucher code.
4.2 The first 1,000 (one thousand) eligible participants to successfully redeem the promotion code ZILCH50 at checkout on Arsenal Direct will receive a £50 discount when spending £50 or more.
4.3. To redeem, participants must:
(a) Add items totalling at least £50 to your basket on Arsenal Direct;
(b) Enter the code ZILCH50 during the checkout process where indicated “enter voucher code”; and
(c) Enter your card details to make payment and complete the checkout process before the Closing Date.
The discount will be applied if the code is still valid and available.
4.4. The promotion code is strictly limited to one use per person.
5. Important Conditions
5.1. The code is valid only while promotional redemptions remain available and may expire at any time once the limit has been reached.
5.2. No cash alternative, exchange, or refund is available in connection with the £50 promotional value.
5.3. Basket value must be £50 after applying any retailer promotions but before applying the ZILCH50 code.
5.4 If you return items purchased using the Promotion, refunds will be processed in accordance with Arsenal Direct’s refund policy.
5.5. The promotional value is non-refundable and will not be reinstated if you return items or cancel your order.
5.6 If you attempt to compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion by cheating or committing fraud in any way, the Promoter reserves the right to render the promotion code and relevant transaction invalid, seek damages from you and ban you from participating in any of their future promotions.
6. Changes or Cancellation
The Promoter may amend or withdraw the Promotion at any time if required for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. Any such changes will not affect participants who have already validly redeemed the Promotion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes any and all liability arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, including but not limited to any:
Technical failures;
Website outages;
Delayed redemptions; or
Any issues arising from Arsenal Direct’s fulfilment of orders.
The Arsenal Football Club Limited (company number 109244) shall not have any liability to you in connection with this Promotion.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. This means that your entry into the Promotion, use of the promotion code, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and the Promoter both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any such dispute or claim.
