Home match ticket purchasers are only entitled to a refund for the cost of a match ticket in the event a game is rescheduled after the ticket has been purchased.
If you are successful in the ballot and subsequently cannot attend, you will be able to post your seats on the Ticket Exchange via the online form. If your seats sale via the Ticket Exchange service we will inform you via email and your account will be credited.
