Urgent Assistance

Emergency Travel Document
If you find yourself without your British Passport whilst you are abroad (because it is lost or stolen), then you will need to apply for an Emergency Travel Document to return to the UK.

This match is sold out, and supporters are urged not to travel without a ticket.
When will I receive my ticket(s)
For this match, all tickets must be collected in Prague. To collect, supporters must bring their physical passports, please note that copies or other forms of ID will not be accepted and tickets cannot be collected by third parties.
These measures are in place to ensure that tickets are being used by genuine Arsenal supporters. All supporter that have purchased a ticket were sent an email on Friday 24th October with the full collection details for Prague.

At the Stadium
Match Tickets
You are required to collect your ticket in Prague, and full details were sent to each supporter by email on Friday 24th October.
To successfully collect your match ticket, you must provide your physical Passport. This is the only form of photo ID that will be accepted. Driving Licences will not be accepted.
Please note that there will be NO Third-Party collections, and tickets must be collected by the named member only.
Only supporters with a valid match ticket will be admitted. Damaged or forged tickets/ID, or people who have lost or had their ticket/ID stolen will not be allowed access. Entry into the stadium can be slow. There will be ticket checks and searches at the entrance to the turnstiles.
Tickets are not transferable and cannot be used by any other supporter. Duplicate tickets will not be issued.
Please sit in the seat allocated to you and detailed on your ticket.
Stadium Access
- Away supporters enter through GATE 3, positioned in the corner of the stadium
- The stadium opens 90 minutes before kick-off
- Please have a valid ticket ready and proceed through security
- A storage room is available for items not allowed into the stands. It is located near GATE 3
- Please review the full Visitor Regulations in advance

Food & Drink
The stadium is cashless. All kiosks will accept all major cards for payment. Alcohol is not served inside the stadium.

All flags and banners must be pre-approved by the home club. Please contact your SLO (Supporter Liaison Officer) to coordinate (Mark Brindle mbrindle@arsenal.co.uk)
Any unapproved materials will not be allowed into the stadium

After The Match
For safety reasons, away supporters are asked to remain in the sector after the final whistle until advised otherwise by the Czech Police
